ملخص البحث

The research aimed to study the relationship between the effect of using three types of different training programs (strength - speed - endurance) on changing the concentration of some anabolic hormones (growth hormone GH, testosterone TS, and cortisol) and assessment of the state of anabolic versus catabolic metabolism in pre-pubertal children.
